  • Q: I havenโ€™t received my temporary password after signing up to the manager. What can I do?

A: It sometimes happens that the authorization system fails while sending the email. Just sign up again or contact us at support@noovolari.com


  • Q: I can't remember my password

A: Go to https://lookauth.noovolari.com/auth/reset-password and type your email to receive a reset code.


  • Q: I'm trying to reset my password but the form complains that it can't send the reset code via email

A: Just write to us at support@noovolari.com. We'll be right back with a new one ๐Ÿ™‚ . Then go to https://lookauth.noovolari.com/auth/new-password and insert the code you've received via email.
